At Rivette, we want you to love your denim. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 3 business days from the delivery date to exchange your item(s). We only accept exchange for damaged items, incorrect items or size changes. No return/refunds.
Please email us at support@rivette.in within 3 business days of delivery with:
- Your order number;
- A photo of the item;
- A brief description of the issue.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed;
- With original tags attached;
- In resellable condition.
To start a exchange:
- To request an exchange, please email us at support@rivette.in. Please mention the order number, the item that you would like to return, photos and any other details that could help us to process the return.
- Someone from our team will contact you to understand your issue.
- Once your request has been confirmed, please pack the garment in its original packaging and courier it to the store address.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges on:
- Issues with shrinkage or color bleed of raw denim
- Worn, washed, or altered denim
