At Rivette, we want you to love your denim. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 3 business days from the delivery date to exchange your item(s). We only accept exchange for damaged items, incorrect items or size changes. No return/refunds.

Please email us at support@rivette.in within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number;
  • A photo of the item;
  • A brief description of the issue.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed;
  • With original tags attached;
  • In resellable condition.

To start a exchange:

  • To request an exchange, please email us at support@rivette.in. Please mention the order number, the item that you would like to return, photos and any other details that could help us to process the return.
  • Someone from our team will contact you to understand your issue.
  • Once your request has been confirmed, please pack the garment in its original packaging and courier it to the store address.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Issues with shrinkage or color bleed of raw denim
  • Worn, washed, or altered denim
